Course Description

 

The aim of the course, is to introduce students to the theory of creationism through the prism of works of famous American scientists (Dr. A.E. Wilder-Smith, Dr Jonathan D. Sarfati etc)

 

The course has 4 modules each one ends with a control report and presentation.

 

Students will use various materials as parts of their quests to understand the concepts of creationism, including online articles, documents, speeches of outstanding Americans, websites, films and documentaries.

Course requirement

The requirements for this course are very simple and straightforward. Students work in small groups (the optimum group size is about 5 members). Each group has 7 days to complete each module. To gain access to the next level (module) students have to prepare a report with presentation. It should contain speeches of the group members and a common power point presentation.

After the report leader of the group has to evaluate the team work of each member of his/her group and give a recommendation.

Evaluation

There are 4 criteria: knowledge of content, grammar, team work and language skills. Each one can bring you 25 points maximum.

 

0-6 points - Very little knowlege of subjects / A lot of mistakes / Did nothing for the group / Horrible language skills

 

7-12 points - Understood some of the information provided / There are some mistakes / Help with obtaining some information but yet lacked enough information to help the group / Satisfactory language skills

 

13-18 points - Knew most of the information that was provided. / A few mistakes / Obtained a good amount of information for the group / Medium language skills

 

19-25 points - Knew all of the information that was presented / No mistakes / Worked well with the information that was provided and gave the group all of the information that was needed for them to learn the subject / Perfect language skills
